I've been in Nashville for 10 years, a licensed agent for 6 years and have sold a few hundred homes.  In the past year I've had my listings make on average 5-7% more than list price (which at my average sale is $30-40k more than asking). I've been able to help my clients keep more money in their pocket at closing and win offers at or below list price for my buyers.

Jessie is one of the corner stones of building the marketing campaigns, designing content and managing social and web accounts for Velo Homes Group. 

She is from New Jersey where she and Matt - Velo Homes Groups' Owner--  met over 15 years ago.  Jessie's passion for creativity and design led her into a career  in music which has had her on stage in front of thousands and has also made her a successful song writer and a trending Spotify Artist. 

Bethany manages everything after we have a signed and bound agreement between buyers and sellers and ensures the transaction goes smooth from Contract to Close and makes sure all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. 

Growing up overseas and moving frequently as a young adult, Bethany Brummitt has come to call Middle TN home for over 11 years now.

She comes to Velo Homes Group as our Transaction Coordinator after a 10 year career in the mental health field as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in community mental health and substance abuse counseling.  Bethany’s eclectic background in mental health, education, administration, and customer service industries equips her to provide efficient and thoughtful service to her clients. 

Her life has been immeasurably enriched by the people around her both personally and professionally and she hopes to also enrich the lives of others in work and life.

Bethany and her husband, Jared, love spending time with friends and family. Bethany has many “favorites” including yoga, barre, her book club, coffee, cooking and baking, gardening, and travel.
